How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the USA and Australia usually takes about 7–15 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Returns & Refunds page.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Sorry about that! Email us at info@autosvision.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund.

Will the product fit my car?

Most of our accessories are universal. If a product only fits certain models, it is written on the product page. If you are not sure, email us before ordering.
