Refund policy

30-day returns: You can request a return within 30 days after you receive your item. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to return: Email info@autosvision.com with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship.
